Refund Policy

We are so sure you’ll be happy with your purchase that we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to ensure your satisfaction with any of our Cheryl Lee MD Products.

If for any reason you wish to return any of our skin care products, simply return the product and we will promptly refund your purchase price.

To return a product, fill out the form below for a Return Number (RMA#). We'll send you our returns address and instructions.

We recommend using only trusted postal carriers, and be sure to get a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are being returned.

Refunds include your purchase price plus any shipping costs incurred when shipping the item to you. We do not refund the cost of shipping the product back to us. Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used. This includes gift cards. We cannot refund another form of payment if a gift card was used at checkout.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS
We always strive to pack all orders perfectly, but things can happen throughout your packages journey. Please let us know via our contact page of any error or damage.

If you choose to return your order without consulting a representative and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund will not be issued and you will be notified via email with any and all options available to you on how to proceed.
 

Return policy is void if customer has returned or repurchased the same product within a 90 day window. If an order is made using a discount that duplicates a previous order, the previous order is excluded from our satisfaction guarantee policy and cannot be returned.

Returns are not eligible on products that have previously been returned and refunded. Excessive returns will result in a void of our return policy.

We reserve the right to void our customer satisfaction guarantee policy for customers who abuse the policy.
 
In either case, we will require you to send us an image via email of the items received, any damaged items you have received, the packaging your order arrived in, and your invoice. Once we receive those images, we will contact you via email with the options available to you.
