How is the curriculum structured?

It is broken into two phases:

  • Phase 1 (8 weeks): This phase focuses on foundational knowledge, where you will complete 8 online training modules that cover key dermatological conditions and how to treat them using CLMD's protocols. By the end of this phase, you’ll be able to start treating patients through telemedicine.

  • Phase 2 (Remaining 10 months): After the initial training, you will continue with monthly courses that go deeper into advanced dermatology topics. You’ll also be guided through real patient cases, receive ongoing mentorship, and have the opportunity to treat patients remotely, using the telemedicine platform provided.
Can I start treating patients immediately after the first 8 weeks?

Yes! After completing the first 8 weeks of the program, you’ll be fully equipped to begin treating patients using telemedicine tools. You'll be able to start seeing patients remotely, diagnosing and managing conditions like eczema, acne, rosacea, and others, while still receiving ongoing mentorship and education throughout the remainder of the course.

How does telemedicine work?

Telemedicine is a key component of the program, and we provide you with the tools to start offering remote care as early as 8 weeks into the program. You will be trained to use our telemedicine platform, which includes features like virtual consultations, secure patient communications, and integration with clinical tools for efficient diagnosis and treatment. This allows you to build a flexible, modern practice, expand your patient reach, and manage your time effectively.

Will I receive mentorship during the program?

Absolutely. You’ll receive personalized mentorship throughout the program, both during the initial 8-week training and for the remaining 10 months.
